Arrival from Grindelwald to the hotel by gondola
The Alpinhotel Bort is located at the 1st middle station of the Grindelwald-First gondola lift. The gondola runs throughout the day according to the schedule. Long-term parking is available at the Pfingsteggbahn car park. Ski bus no. 22 runs from both parking spaces directly to the Grindelwald-First gondola lift.
We recommend that you unload your luggage at the Firstbahn in advance.
Arrival from Grindelwald to the hotel by car
Attention: Arrival by car is only possible in summer (via Regenmattenstrasse)! The road is steep and narrow, a heavily used hiking trail, and a scooter bike route. If you arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., there is a lot of oncoming traffic on the single-lane road. The overnight confirmation is considered a permit to drive on the street.
