First mountain cart
The centre of gravity is low, the wheels are wide apart and the hydraulic brakes ensure that you can keep your speed under control over long distances. This is also the case on the three-kilometre unpaved road from Schreckfeld to Bort: sledging fun on wheels, all summer long.
First Trottibike
A cross between a scooter and a bicycle, the Trottibike takes you from Bort to Grindelwald, past flower-filled meadows and farmhouses.

The Alpinhotel Bort is located at the 1st middle station of the Grindelwald-First gondola lift. The gondola runs throughout the day according to the timetable.
car
Attention: Arrival by car is only possible in summer (via Regenmattenstrasse!). The road is steep, narrow and a heavily used hiking trail, as well as a scooter bike route. On arrival between 12:00 am and 06:00 pm there is a lot of oncoming traffic on the single-lane road. The overnight confirmation is valid as authorisation to drive on the road.

Long-term parking is available at the car park by the Pfingsteggbahn cable car. We recommend that you unload your luggage in advance at the First cable car.
